Pali is the Founder and Creative Director of TEMPLO, a cause-led branding and communications agency committed to using the positive power of design for social change.

Founded in 2013, TEMPLO was set up as an experiment to see if design could be pushed into new territories to make real political&social change. Since then the studio’s work has helped arrest war criminals, been a part of the controversial 2015 UN Gaza Conflict inquiry and has produced groundbreaking work exposing Sri Lanka’s war crimes. TEMPLO collaborates with ambitious clients including the United Nations, the Climate Change Committee, Migrant Help, British Council and the Mayor of London. TEMPLO’s work has been featured in Wired Magazine, Design Museum’s ‘Hope to Nope’ exhibition & Channel 4 News.
