We are currently looking for an additional 10 volunteers. Please only sign up if you are available all 3 days.

 

We happily welcome volunteers to help us during the two days of the conference and the day prior.

We will confirm your spot in a week or two, once we see how many people we can count on for each day.

Goal

We would like to have between 12 and 16 volunteers.

Workdays

Wednesday, October 9

9:00 am — 5:00 pm

Thursday, October 10

7:00 am – 7:00 pm

Friday, October 11

8:00 am – 7:00 pm

Volunteers who can participate all 3 days will be given priority for signing up.

Responsibilities for Wednesday

Stuff goodie bags

Hand assembly of programs and badges
•
T-shirt folding and organizing
•
Overall organization of space
•
Gallery set-up
•
FanZone build and set-up

Responsibilities for Thursday + Friday

Handle registration
•
Organize and hand-out t-shirts, tote-bags, and name badges
•
Auditorium ushering
•
Overall help with anything and everything
•
Provide assistance to guests and sponsor representatives as needed
•
Keep all areas clean and picked up
•
Be cheerful and proactive
•
Re-packing the galleries and FanZone on Friday after lunch

Expenses

We do not cover any travel or lodging expenses. We do cover lunch and parking all three days.
