Registration Information
In-person registration for both professionals and students includes: admission to all sessions, snacks and refreshments during breaks, access to the after-party, a complimentary program/catalogue, and remote access to all sessions after the event. (See here for more details about remote access.)
In-person attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations and travel arrangements.
Your registration constitutes permission to use photos, audio, and video recording taken of you at the event for promotional and educational purposes in connection with the 2025 Brand New Conference by UnderConsideration LLC.
Remote access registration includes access to all sessions of the 2025 Brand New Conference after the event.
Group Discount
Companies or organizations sending 5 or more attendees receive a 15% discount on the total price of all tickets. Applies to both professional and student tickets.
Enter groupdiscount during registration for each ticket. All tickets must be purchased in the same order.
Individuals from separate companies or organizations may not group together in the same order to receive the discount.
Group discount only applies to tickets and not remote access, which has its own tiered pricing for groups and is applied automatically during checkout.
Nonprofit and Educator Discount
Nonprofits and educators receive a 30% discount. We use the honor system and trust that you do work at a nonprofit or are a teacher.

Substitutions and Cancellations
You may transfer your registration to another person by notifying us by e-mail, no later than Friday, October 10, 2025. Your request must include your name and e-mail address as well as that of the person who will now be attending in your place.
If you need to cancel your reservation, you must notify us by e-mail no later than Friday, October 10, 2025. Once you cancel you will receive a refund of your registration fee minus a $75 cancellation fee. Cancellations made on Saturday, October 11, 2025 or after, as well as attendees who fail to attend, will not be refunded.
If you have an in-person ticket and would like to change to a remote access registration, you must notify us by e-mail no later than Friday, October 10, 2025. We will issue a refund for the difference in cost from the higher in-person ticket to the lower remote access registration. Changes requested on Saturday, October 11, 2025 or after are accepted but will not receive the refund for the difference.
If you were unable to attend or missed part of the conference, you will get remote access to all the presentations afterwards.
If the 2025 Brand New Conference is cancelled, UnderConsideration LLC will fully refund your registration fee with no penalties or other reductions.

While all speakers have confirmed their participation, we can not guarantee that the speaker list or schedule is fully final. Speakers and schedule is subject to change without notice.
Code of Conduct
All attendees, speakers, and volunteers at our events are required to agree with the full code of conduct.
