The Creative Team
Ultimately, we take the plans that our marketing team has for our footwear, and create the visual communication for those ideas. Our Art Directors and Producer plan and execute photo and video shoots. Our Art Directors and Graphic Designers design digital and print graphics, anywhere from email blasts and website graphics to printed in-store displays. Our copywriter supports our needs by creating copy for anything from product descriptions to headlines and callouts. Our team ends up wearing many hats, and works to visually convey the story for each of our brands in many different ways.

On working in-house…
Being able to oversee a project in multiple stages, from the initial idea all the way through the completion can be very rewarding. We also are able to continuously work on the same brand and help evolve the visual language of that brand.
Our work follows the seasonal fashion cycle, and working on the same projects every six months can become repetitive. On a similar note, having the same people continually working on our brand’s look can sometimes lead to being set in our ways. We have to set aside time to analyze and reflect on how we can keep things fresh, while not straying from the core of the brand.
