Li-Anne Arabella Dias is a seasoned Design leader based in California, with expertise in brand and enterprise growth design. Currently leading the brand design team at Handshake, she has built and scaled world-class brands over the last 13 years.

At Grammarly, Li-Anne established and expanded the brand design team, driving significant growth. As the first brand designer at Reddit, she developed foundational visual systems and directed major campaigns, including the launch of their native app, setting new benchmarks for the brand’s visual identity. She also advises early-stage founders at Blume Ventures and Sequoia India (now Peak XV Ventures) on design systems, product development, and brand strategy.
