Outside of the day-to-day Sofia co-founded Unsigned—an exhibition to place diverse artists on the creative industry's radar, as well as working to bring the next generation of diverse talent into advertising with programmes such as PlusPlusOne and Creative Mentor Network. As well as winning the BIMA100 Rising Star award, as well as Pitch Lists Super People.
