Volunteers
We happily welcome volunteers to help us during the two days of the conference and the day prior.
To apply please fill in this form after reading the expectations and benefits below.
We will confirm your spot in a week or two, once we see how many people we can count on for each day.
Goal
We would like to have between 16 and 20 volunteers.
Workdays
Wednesday, March 26 / 9:00 am — 5:00 pm
Thursday, March 27 / 7:00 am – 7:00 pm
Friday, March 28 / 8:00 am – 7:00 pm
Hours subject to change.
Volunteers who can participate all 3 days will be given priority for signing up.
Responsibilities for Wednesday
- Stuff goodie bags.
- Hand assembly of programs and badges.
- T-shirt folding and organizing.
- Overall organization of space.
- Gallery set-up.
- FanZone build and set-up.
Responsibilities for Thursday + Friday
- Handle registration.
- Organize and hand-out t-shirts, tote-bags, and name badges.
- Auditorium ushering.
- Overall help with anything and everything.
- Provide assistance to guests as needed.
- Keep all areas clean and picked up.
- Be cheerful and proactive.
- Re-packing materials on Friday after lunch.
Responsibilities for the after-party
- Have fun.
Benefits
- We rotate everyone's duties so that you can watch a good portion of the conference live in the theater based on your pre-selections.
- Remote access to all the presentations after the event for those that you missed.

Expenses
We do not cover any travel or lodging expenses. We do cover lunch and parking all three days.
