Remote access pricing is not affected by early-bird limit.

Remote access registration will close on Wednesday, March 26, 2025.

Pre-registration is REQUIRED — after the event passes, no more registrations will be accepted.

Remote Access Information

This is NOT a livestream

Remote access will be available AFTER the event. Videos are recorded then manually edited and will be available no later than 7 calendar days after the event has taken place.

Access limitations

Remote access to the presentations will be available forever — or until the internet crashes. There is no expiration date to it.

Videos will not be available for download, you can only watch them online on our domain.

On April 4 you will receive an email with the URL and login information where you can watch the videos.

In-person attendees will also receive remote access with their registration.

Pre-registration is required

You can only purchase remote access up until Wednesday, March 26. On the day of the event and once the event has passed, remote access will not be available anymore.

There is no à la carte ordering of single sessions. You are purchasing access to the whole event, just like you would if you were attending in person.

Switching from In-person to Remote

If you have an in-person ticket and would like to change to a remote access registration, you must notify us by e-mail no later than Friday, March 14, 2025. We will issue a refund for the difference in cost from the higher in-person ticket to the lower remote access registration. Changes requested on Saturday, March 15, 2025 or after are accepted but will not receive the refund for the difference.

Format

Videos for each session will be presented in a single, password-protected page from where you will be able to play each session.

Videos will be formatted as the example below — design subject to change — so the slides are nice and big while you also get a good look at the speaker and their respective gestures.

Nonprofit Pricing

Nonprofits receive a 30% discount, please use discount code IHIFIP_2025_nonprofit during registration.

Substitutions and Cancellations

If you need to cancel your remote access registration, you must notify us by e-mail no later than Friday, March 14, 2025. Once you cancel you will receive a refund of your registration fee minus a $35 cancellation fee. Cancellations made on Saturday, March 15, 2025 or after will not be refunded.

If In-house In-focus In-person In 2025 is cancelled, UnderConsideration LLC will fully refund your registration fee with no penalties or other reductions.

While all speakers have confirmed their participation, we can not guarantee that the speaker list or schedule is fully final. Speakers and schedule is subject to change without notice.
