Stephanie Hall is the Creative Director of the in-house design team at Enstrom Candies, a family-owned confectionery in western Colorado known for its handmade almond toffee. Since joining in 2014, Stephanie has expanded her role from minor contributions to social media, to leading a full-service creative department. Today, she heads a scrappy team of three, handling all aspects of in-house creative, including branding, packaging, production, and marketing. Her team's work has been recognized with multiple awards, including the Judge’s Choice Award from The Independent Packaging Association in 2019, first place in Enstrom’s Monster Mash costume contest in 2022, and Ad Club Colorado’s “The Fifty” in 2023. Stephanie values hands-on processes and embraces a learn-by-doing mindset to maintain a creative approach within a corporate setting. In her free time, she enjoys remodeling her old farmhouse with her partner, Eli, and scavenging abandoned buildings for treasure.
