Jennifer Kinon

Jennifer Kinon co-founded OCD | The Original Champions of Design with Bobby C. Martin Jr. She has developed brand identity systems for clients that range from the Girl Scouts of the USA to The New York Times and the WNBA.

During 2016, Kinon served as Design Director of Hillary for America.

At every point in her career, she has tackled big systems. Kinon worked in Pentagram’s New York City office with Michael Bierut, overseeing projects that included Benetton, NYU, Saks Fifth Avenue, Sesame Street and Barclays Center. She served as Design Director of New York City’s 2012 Olympic Bid and Art Director at Graphis Inc.

Kinon has spoken about the role of brand identity systems around the world. She’s been a guest on Design Matters, Studio 360 and served as President of AIGA/NY from 2010-2012.

Kinon graduated from the University of Michigan and earned an MFA from the School of Visual Arts, where she was the first graduate of the program to join its faculty.
