CLIENT

Tele­graph Gallery in Charlottesville,VA, is an inde­pen­dent space that cel­e­brates illus­tra­tors, comics, and lim­it­ed edi­tion prints. The gallery is run by David and Kate, who com­mis­sion prints from unique illus­tra­tors, and bring them togeth­er for month­ly themed shows of all silkscreened editions.

BRIEF

We were asked to pro­duce sev­er­al edi­tions designed by sev­er­al illus­tra­tors for the show “Two-Tones.” Each print had to make the most out of only two colors.

APPROACH

This was one of sev­er­al edi­tions which focused on the uti­liza­tion of two col­ors to make a dynam­ic com­po­si­tion. The title of this print is “Duet.”
