Since this is the first time in ten years we have had to hold our conferences on a Monday and Tuesday — long story, out of our hands unfortunately — we will not have a typical after-party on a traditional Friday night because most of us will have to show up to work on Wednesday and actually be able to get things done. Instead, we are going to have two gatherings!

Monday — 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm at the venue

Directly after the day ends, there will be a reception-slash-party at the venue’s outside terrace from 6:30pm to 9:30pm. You will receive a complimentary drink ticket* and there will be a cash bar for any additional beverage needs. Food will be provided and aplenty with tacos from an Austin original, Taco Deli.

* You can claim your free ticket starting at the 11:00 am break from our volunteers at the registration tables or any of them milling about in the terrace. Please note there are TWO different tickets you can choose from: Green for beer/wine/sodas and red for cocktails. Only one per person!

Tuesday — 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm at Speakeasy

If you still have the energy and don’t have an evening flight to catch, there will be a closing party at Speakeasy from 7:00pm to 10:00pm. One free drink ticket will be given to you at the door.
