Jesse Reed and Hamish Smyth are founding partners of the design office, Order. Prior to founding Order in 2017, they were both associate partners for Michael Bierut at the New York office of Pentagram. In addition their design practice, Reed and Smyth operate Standards Manual, an independent publishing imprint and bookstore focused on preserving graphic design history.
