Bob Gill is a designer, illustrator, film-maker and a teacher. He was the Gill in Fletcher/Forbes/Gill which eventually became Pentagram. He's written many books about design and illustration, and a number of childrens' books, was elected into the New York Art Directors' Club Hall of Fame, and the Art Directors Association of London presented him with its Lifetime Achievement Award. He was recently nominated by the Cooper Hewitt National Design Museum for its Lifetime Achievement Award. His latest book is Bob Gill, so far.
