Registration Information

Early, Late, On-site and Student registration includes: admission to all sessions at the Brand New Conference, snacks and refreshments during breaks, access to the after-party, a complimentary goodie bag, and complimentary downloads of all individual video files from the conference.

Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations and travel arrangements.

Your registration constitutes permission to use photos, audio, and video recording taken of you at the event for promotional and educational purposes in connection with the Brand New Conference by UnderConsideration LLC.

Group Discounts

Companies or organizations sending 7 or more attendees receive a 15% discount on the total price of all tickets. Applies to both professional and student tickets.

Enter “groupdiscount” during registration. All tickets must be purchased in the same order.

Individuals from separate companies or organizations may not group together in the same order to receive the discount.

Substitutions and Cancellations

You may transfer your registration to another person by notifying us by e-mail, no later than September 9. Your request must include your name and e-mail address as well as that of the person who will now be attending in your place.

If you need to cancel your reservation, you must notify us by e-mail no later than September 2. Once you cancel you will receive a refund of your registration fee minus a $75 cancellation fee. Cancellations made on September 3 or after, as well as attendees who fail to attend, will not be refunded.

If the Brand New Conference is cancelled, UnderConsideration LLC will fully refund your registration fee with no penalties or other reductions.

For Webcast registrations, in case of technical difficulties on our end that prohibit or limit a proper and satisfactory broadcast of the conference, UnderConsideration LLC will refund your full registration. Problems arising on the registrant’s end, like firewalls that prohibit access to streaming, or browsers without the proper plug-ins are the responsibility of the registrant and must be worked out in advance — UnderConsideration will provide details by e-mail close to the event date so that registrants may check their system.

While all speakers have confirmed their participation, we can not guarantee that the speaker list or schedule is fully final. Speakers and schedule is subject to change without notice.
