To bring a little Chicago flavor to over 100 locations around the country, Old Chicago taps into the distressed look of ghost signs (common around Chicago) and contrasts it against beautiful food imagery and is quite generous with servings of starburst ribbons, found everywhere from the logo to the menu to the patches on the uniforms.
