Nothing says brasserie like a dozen different typefaces. And filigrees. And no one can pull it off like Mucca. Not only that, the menus are peppered with hoofed, winged, and tailed waiters. As long as they don’t spill the french onion soup on me, I’m game.

This is a beautifully designed restaurant, as delicious visually as it is to the palate. I used to live right around the corner and I've dined there multiple times and always geeked out on the graphics�although the top experience was dining with Roberto de Vicq and Matteo Bologna as our guests when they lectured for AIGA Philadelphia.
