Le District is a French-influenced market and eatery, made up of 12 food stations and two restaurants. The menus for Beaubourg, the wine bar and to-go orders each have a distinct aesthetic but are tied together with consistent use of Din Condensed and Filosophia. The chef’s journal for L’Appart is uniquely personal, made with acetone transfers directly from the chef’s notebook itself. The nightly meal courses are clipped to the front page, and diners are encouraged to leave a note for the chef.
