It’s not everyday that a design firm admits to employing a mullet strategy — business in the front, party in the back — but that’s exactly the rationale from Tractorbeam. The menus feature some lovely and contemporary typesetting on the front while the different backs of the menu feature collages from found images, textures, and type served in interesting pairings just like a burger and beer are meant to be.
