Word It for April

I dislike harmony. I don’t care for its ability to impact my work, my playtime, my marriage, my conversations, my activities, my walks, my everything. Harmony is not gracious, leaving in a second, yet taking her sweet time in finding her perfect spot in which to snuggle—circling the area like a dog seeks his nap.

With harmony snuggled tightly around me I am able to complete what in her absence seems impossible, times when harmony has surely left the building—gone on vacation far, far away from me. I need harmony. I depend on harmony in the same way I need my morning coffee and my ever present to-do list. I hate harmony. I love harmony.

Oh harmony. Will I ever learn to accept you for who you are?

Harmony is the Word It for April.

bryony - When i read your bit of Harmony,
i couldn't help but think of Inspiration!?!

They seem to circle around our heads like
beautiful moths around a anticipating frog -
when we SNAP them, and ingest - ah yes...
the Harmony continues within us, and Inspiration flows through us.

What will we do then? Our purpose? Our quest?
That is for us...me to find out - again - when time
presents another morsel of Harmony and Inspiration.
Harmony invites us to involve us in the Inspiration - and inspiration flows it's chiffon over us into surprised harmony.

Harmony is a continuous melody, an infinite gracious dance of 2 bodies moving as one...it's the art of constant motion.

While I see some pieces that resemble harmony here (in the samples shown), I also see some that really don't represent harmony to me, but discord. The ones I like the best are the ones with the two birds, and the word "Harmony" with the rectangle with lines going through it. It resembles a piano keyboard, and is a creative use of the word and shape.
