Each night for the span of a month at 11:57 pm, the billboards of Times Square become a coordinated display for a selected artist’s piece. This month is the first time a graphic designer’s work will be on display — Andrew Sloat’s “1st Amendment” — which was selected from a number of submissions submitted through AIGA/NY.
