Burger Express, a single location burger fast food restaurant in Boise, Idaho has been contacted by the lawyers of In-N-Out Burger who are claiming “confusion in the marketplace” and dilution of their “valuable intellectual property rights”. Andrew E. Clark has come up with some suggestions for Burger Express to see if it could appease the In-N-Out lawyers. Current BE logo is on the first column, second row.

The PrePLANNER by Shantanu Suman is a concept for a daily planner where “you would be cheated, in a rather pleasing way, into finishing all your tasks two days prior to the deadline.” Not sure about the concept but the numbers are very cleverly constructed.

Binary 2.0 is an animated typeface designed by Calango and Maria Jose Torrero Heredia. It works seamlessly with After effects and is fully customizable. There is also a static version available.

The Dinner Series by James Victore is a 5-day workshop based in his Brooklyn studio with daily dinners attended by a special guest (see image) and catered by a fine NY chef. It don’t come cheap at $6,000 but it will probably be awesome. Limited to 7. First come, first serve.
