On working in-house…
Benefits
Working in-house allows us to build brand awareness while fostering strong synergy within the team. It enables everyone to quickly align on our goals and leverage each member’s unique strengths and talents to deliver assets that directly support our company’s objectives. Additionally, working in-house helps the team build deep product awareness and makes interdepartmental communication more seamless.
Challenges
One unique challenge of working in-house is the need for constant adaptability. Team members often juggle multiple roles and shift gears quickly to meet evolving priorities. The pace can be intense, and the structure isn’t always rigid, which can be tough for those who prefer clearly defined roles. But for creatives who thrive on variety, quick problem-solving, and seeing the direct impact of their work, especially in a business where design is deeply embedded in the culture, it can be incredibly rewarding.
On working with…
Others
We collaborate with talented freelancers who have been a vital part of our team’s success for many years. We also partner with external agencies to support larger campaigns.
Guidelines
TeamViewer’s guidelines are a fundamental pillar of our creative work, forming the foundation for every asset we produce. At the same time, creativity requires a degree of flexibility, so we see these guidelines as the central visual planet around which our ideas orbit – enabling us to express our creativity while staying grounded in the core principles.
