Brand Team

/

The POWER Brand Team is a full-service internal agency powering a $2B+ and growing national exterior home remodeling company. Our work drives the POWER brand, internally and externally, across every channel. From advertising and marketing campaigns to our own music festival, Quest: By POWER, named BizBash™ “Best Corporate Event of 2025” which has featured headliners like Post Malone, Bruno Mars, and Wiz Khalifa.

On any given day, our designers shape our consumer marketing by creating a cohesive, emotionally resonant visual language that also helps support our internal endeavors. Producers, videographers, and photographers capture our work and impact across 26 territories and broadcast it to the world. Motion graphic artists bring dynamism to our slides and screens, adding kinetic energy to every deliverable. Copy and social teams amplify our voice and build trust nationwide. Digital marketers drive growth and web-related sales. Project managers keep it all moving. And Brand leadership pushes the limits of what an internal agency can achieve.

Every channel, one standard: Our Work Shows.

On working in-house…

Benefits

POWER moves with intention. Telling our story requires a team embedded in our award-winning culture, not observing it from the outside. From our headquarters outside Philadelphia, the Brand Team operates shoulder-to-shoulder with our executive branch, sales force, product delivery team, community impact coordinators, and our people experience representatives to bring POWER’s brand story to life. In a business this dynamic, with communications constantly in motion, authenticity isn’t just required, it’s necessary to keep our brand moving forward. And to craft our authentic story in the way we need, using the internal agency model has worked wonders for our growing brand.

/

Challenges

There are no slow days at POWER. The Brand Team operates at full throttle because we have a standard to maintain: smart, strategic work that drives our business forward. It’s a constant effort to maintain that standard across all internal and external touchpoints. The pace is demanding, but we’re built for it. With strength in every discipline, we back each other up, keeping momentum and motivation high. From our headquarters to our 26+ territories nationwide, we’re on the ground telling the stories that define our business, our people, and the impact we make in our communities.

On working with…

Others

POWER uses external partners in a surgical capacity with very specific end goals depending on the time of year and the project. We use this collaborative, combined effort with outside partners and freelancers to supplement our team when bandwidth becomes an issue.

Guidelines

Brand guidelines serve as the foundation for every piece of creative we produce. They define the voice, tone, and visual standards that shape how our brand appears and communicates across every touchpoint. By outlining everything from messaging and typography to color, imagery, and layout, the guidelines ensure that our work remains consistent, recognizable, and aligned with our values. Whether it’s a keynote presentation, employee swag, vehicle branding, advertisements, social posts, and event experiences, brand standards help us deliver a unified presence that feels intentional and unmistakably ours.
