Gallery › You are Invited!

As part of the event experience, we will be showcasing the work of in-house teams in two forms — physical and digital — and you, as an in-person attendee or remote access streamer, are invited to participate!

Option 1: Physical Gallery

We will be setting up a gallery space in the venue to showcase actual, physical, real-life examples of work created by in-house teams (gallery sample from 2025 below).

While we are making some selections ourselves — including the work of our speakers’ teams — you are welcome to contribute your own, whether it’s printed brochures, packaging, stationery, swag, posters, or any other actual object you produced on behalf of your company.

We cover the cost of shipping and we will ensure your objects are neatly presented (and properly credited to your team) with the rest of the submissions.

Option 2: Digital Gallery

Shown on the big screen inside the auditorium during the breaks between speaker sessions, we will have a looping reel to showcase digital examples (two samples from 2025 below).

For this, you are welcome to submit digital work like social media content, logo animations, advertisements, brand videos, and other motion-driven pieces — as long as you can embed it in a 1920 x 1080 movie file, we will show it. As with the physical gallery, these will be properly credited to your team.

How to participate

You can participate in both galleries and the starting point is this online form. From there, we will process your submissions as they come in and contact you if we have any questions.

Deadline

Whether you are submitting physical or digital samples, the form must be filled and your work must be delivered and/or uploaded by February 28.
