Cancellation Policy
To cancel you must notify us by e-mail. Deadlines and fees for cancellations outlined below:
Before Friday, March 6, 2026
Refund of the registration fee minus a $75 cancellation fee.
After Friday, March 6, 2026
No refund available.
Attendees who fail to attend will not be refunded.
If you were unable to attend or missed part of the conference, you will get remote access to videos of all the presentations after the event.
Changing from in-person to remote access
If you have an in-person ticket and would like to change to a remote access registration, you must notify us by e-mail no later than Friday, March 6, 2026. We will issue a refund for the difference in cost from the higher in-person ticket to the lower remote access registration. Changes requested on Saturday, March 7, 2026 or after are accepted but will not receive the refund for the difference.
In-person registration transfers
You may transfer your registration to another person at any point BUT if you would like to have the appropriate pre-printed badge you must notify us by e-mail, no later than Friday, March 6, 2026. Your request must include your name and e-mail address as well as that of the person who will now be attending in your place.
On the day of the event, anyone can come in your place and check in under your name as long as they have your check-in QR code which will be provided the Monday before the event.
