Shanna Polesovsky is the Director of Brand Strategy and Design at Ocean Spray, a farmer-owned cooperative and globally recognized brand that has been connecting multi-generational farmer families to consumers since 1930.

Since joining in 2023, Shanna has helped transform the team into a hybrid in-house/agency model, building a studio that drives creative excellence and innovation across every touchpoint, from packaging and digital asset management to social and marketing campaigns. She supported the first master brand redesign in more than two decades and is proud to help position the co-op as it approaches its 100-year milestone.

Before Ocean Spray, Shanna worked across both agency and in-house roles, from scrappy start-ups to global CPG giants. Along the way, she wore many hats, from AD to CD, discovering her sweet spot in shaping brand identity and creative strategy while bringing out the best in every team she joined.

Outside of work, Shanna lives near Denver, Colorado, with her husband, son, and two 13-year-old basset hounds. She can usually be found with a fantasy novel in hand (judge away), testing her luck on the mountain bike trails, scouring thrift shops for mid-century gems, or walking her hounds at their famously slow pace.

It takes a certain spirit to grow this berry into the super-fruit powerhouse it can be. Ocean Spray was built on the maverick mindset of three bold farmers. Today, we’re a vibrant agricultural cooperative of around 700 family farmers. A unique little fruit. A rich history. The cranberry might be a little offbeat. With its bold, bitter taste, the cranberry might be a little offbeat. But then, so are we.
