James Hurst is a creative leader driving the vision and impact of HelloFresh’s global brand experiences. Based between London, Berlin, and New York, James leads the creative teams who collaborate with stakeholders across the HelloFresh Group to shape compelling work for all of the company’s brands worldwide — from the flagship meal-kit service to adjacent offerings such as Factor’s ready-to-eat portfolio (and other emerging brands!). HelloFresh operates in 18 markets across Europe, North America, Australia, and New Zealand, delivering fresh, chef-crafted meal kits and food experiences that help millions cook better and eat more sustainably.
In his role, James oversees interdisciplinary teams that bridge strategic brand thinking with world-class design execution, helping to scale creative work that resonates across cultures and channels. He has been deeply involved in high-impact initiatives including the recent launch of the Pro Mindset with Factor, which underscores HelloFresh’s commitment to performance, well-being, and innovation in the food space.
James combines a passion for design leadership with a strategic understanding of how creativity drives business outcomes in a global, direct-to-consumer context. His work amplifies HelloFresh’s mission to change the way people eat — by crafting visual and narrative systems that connect with customers, inspire action, and elevate the collective brand presence across continents.
