GLO Sci­ence is an inno­v­a­tive tech­nol­o­gy brand launch­ing the break­through GLO Bril­liant™ Per­son­al Teeth Whiten­ing Device—an at-home teeth whiten­ing system—in 2010 with twelve patents pend­ing. GLO™ was cre­at­ed by New York, NY aes­thet­ic den­tist and inven­tor Jonathan B. Levine, DMD.

APPROACH

“The GLO pack­ag­ing was designed to high­light the brand idea of “bright and white” from mul­ti­ple facets—starting with the bright blue out­er sleeve with a white burst from the corner—and con­tin­u­ing through the crisp white inner box fea­tur­ing a bold foil logo. The col­or sys­tem is a direct ref­er­ence to the inno­v­a­tive, clean prod­uct design and blue LED lights and the square shape of the pack­age cre­ates a rec­og­niz­able, mod­u­lar sys­tem in the retail atmosphere.”

Find the right people: we collaborated with both independent individuals and vendor experts for each component of the experience from design through printing and form to fine-tune the consumer experience with the package. Utilize all the skills of a cross functional team, involving the printer as an equal member. Our packages were originally sourced from China, be sure to check that the printing process can be duplicated in the U.S. in case local sourcing becomes necessary, leave time for sample proofs and pre-shipment inspection.
