Project Description
Summer Studio Stationers is a new line of printed goods by Vancouver-based designer Tom Froese and Kingston-based Everlovin' Press. In a sea of hammy puns, trite slogans and cat cartoons, Summer Studio aims to bring something new to the greeting card market: handsome design, high craft, and quirky wit.Production Lesson(s)
Salty old seadogs that we are, we should have known that details under a certain point size don't hold up under the pressure of letterpress. We had to redo one of our plates quite deep into the process when we discovered a tiny detail wasn't coming through at all!
