I am a sucker for a tone-on-tone solution and this geometric pattern does not disappoint. It’s been a while since I have spotted the technique on natural paper, which is refreshing and nice in it’s texture contrast.

Project Description
Northtech Solutions is an award-winning, Northern Territory-owned and operated company providing specialized steel fabrication, installation and mechanical maintenance services.The modular nature of the new visual identity is designed to reflect the innovative, adaptable and problem-solving characteristics of the company. The no-frills, almost industrial feel of the duplex boxboard used for the corporate folder and business cards is transformed into something prestigious through the printing techniques of matt foiling, embossing and a single, subtle Pantone color.
Production Lesson(s)
Cellosheen needed to be applied to the white side of the business cards because the ink wasn't holding to the substrate. It ended up giving a nice added weight to the cards.
