Where do you start when designing for “a week”? How do you figure items will be used across a large group of people over a few days? Whatever this design team dreamted of in the beginning, they seem pleased with the knowledge that all 10,000 coasters were used. Sweet indeed.

Project Description
This year our firm, Nimble. Design Co., was tasked with reimagining the identity and visuals to support Roswell Restaurant Week, a culinary celebration blending Roswell's finest. These materials were produced for participating restaurants to display proudly inside their restaurants pre-and-during event week to gain organic word-of-mouth buzz and consistently promote the brand message.Production Lesson(s)
Printing such a large run of collateral in such a short span of time required an upfront understanding from the letterpress printer of exactly how our illustrations would need to crop and layer so there was no time lost during pre-press. Also, matching such specific earth-tone green and rich purple Pantone colors on press proved challenging when working with two vendors in different parts of the state. In the end, these deliverables received great exposure (all 10,000 used!) and aided in delivering a cohesive reintroduction of the event.
