Each year, designer Annica Lydenberg finds the wildest holidays and hand-illustrates them in a calendar. Complemented by the minimal, one-color, digital print job, the eclectic lettering is so fun we might have to name a holiday in its honor.

Project Description
It's the eighth year in a row I have completed this calendar, where I search for the most absurd non-denominational REAL holidays I can possibly find and then hand draw type and illustration for that month. This year includes such new favorites as "Stay Home Because You're Well Day" and "Extraterrestrial Visitor Day".Production Lesson(s)
Each year I try and explore different styles of lettering and illustration that appeal to me.
