In a deceivingly simple-looking color palette and subtle graphic elements, this printed set of materials looks upscale, sophisticated, and historic.
The challenge was to capture the history of an iconic Dallas building while presenting a vision for its future. We did so by creating a cohesive brand image and message base that drove development of a beauty brochure, extensive collateral system, website, and sales tools. This created a public-facing image for the project that positioned it as an integral part of the community.
