Cancellations

If you need to cancel your reservation, you must notify us by e-mail no later than Thursday, April 29, 2021. Once you cancel you will receive a refund of your registration fee minus a $25 $5 cancellation fee*. Cancellations made on Friday, April 30, 2021 or after, as well as attendees who fail to attend, will not be refunded.

If First Round New York 2021 is cancelled, UnderConsideration LLC will fully refund your registration fee with no penalties or other reductions.

* The $5 fee is unfortunately necessary. We would love to provide a full refund but the new industry standard among credit card processing systems (like PayPal, Stripe, and Shopify) is that the transaction fees are not returned to us, so we would be looking at a loss of $5 on each ticket, which is not much except when there is the potential of refunding 200 tickets where all of a sudden it’s a $1,000 loss for us. We hope you understand the position we are in.
