You may transfer your registration to another person by notifying us by e-mail, no later than Wednesday, May 26, 2021. Your request must include your name and e-mail address as well as that of the person who will now be attending in your place. After May 27 you may still transfer your ticket with the person attending in your place checking in under your name on the day of the event.
If you need to cancel your reservation, you must notify us by e-mail no later than Wednesday, May 19, 2021. Once you cancel you will receive a refund of your registration fee minus a £5 cancellation fee* per ticket. Cancellations made on Thursday, May 20, 2021 or after, as well as attendees who fail to attend, will not be refunded.
If First Round London 2021 is cancelled, UnderConsideration LLC will fully refund your registration fee with no penalties or other reductions.
* The £5 fee is unfortunately necessary. We would love to provide a full refund but the new industry standard among credit card processing systems (like PayPal, Stripe, and Shopify) is that the transaction fees are not returned to us, so we would be looking at a loss of £5 on each ticket, which is not much except when there is the potential of refunding 200 tickets where all of a sudden it’s a £1,000 loss for us. We hope you understand the position we are in.
Invoices with the business information provided on Step 1 will be sent to ticket buyer within 30 days. We will create invoices on the 1st (approximately) of each month.
