While UnderConsideration LLC will follow all guidelines specified by the CDC, WHO, or other governing body in each country and/or state relevant at the time of the event, UnderConsideration LLC cannot guarantee that its participants, volunteers, partners, or others in attendance will not become infected with COVID-19. Participants and volunteers agree to self-monitor for signs and symptoms of COVID-19. Participation includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to COVID-19 and attendees knowingly and freely assume all such risks related to COVID-19. By participating in the event, attendee releases and waives any and all liability, claims, and demands related to COVID-19 against UnderConsideration LLC. You may transfer your registration to another person by notifying us by e-mail, no later than Monday, June 6, 2022. Your request must include your name and e-mail address as well as that of the person who will now be attending in your place. After June 6 you may NOT transfer your ticket due to the necessity to confirm COVID-19 vaccinations and negative test.
To cancel you must notify us by e-mail. Deadlines and fees for cancellations outlined below:
Before May 30
Refund of the registration fee minus a €25 cancellation fee.
After May 30
No refund available.
Attendees who fail to attend, will not be refunded.
If First Round Barcelona 2022 is cancelled, UnderConsideration LLC will fully refund your registration fee with no penalties or other reductions.

Invoices with the business information provided on Step 1 will be sent to ticket buyer within 30 days. We will create invoices on the 1st (approximately) of each month.
