Remote Access includes TWO viewing opportunities

• Perpetual online access of the recorded presentations.
  Beginning September 28.
• Live, hosted, group viewing of the recorded presentations.
  On September 24 & 25 — a week after the live event.

This is NOT a livestream

Remote access for both viewing options will be available AFTER the event.
Videos are recorded then manually edited after the event has taken place.

Perpetual Access Details

Remote access to the recorded presentations will be available forever — or until the internet crashes. There is no expiration date to it.

Videos will be available for download or you can watch them online.

In-person attendees receive perpetual access to the recorded presentations as part of the registration.

On September 28 you will receive an email with the URL where you can watch the videos and a password to access it.

Live, hosted, group viewing Details

Following the schedule of the event, in Eastern time, with no delay or playback options, the group viewing will take place on September 24 & 25.

If you miss a session during the two days, you will still be able access it through the perpetual access described above.

Each session will be introduced live by your hosts — Bryony & Armin — followed by a streaming of the recorded presentation.

Each session will feature its own chat, so that you can all laugh together, exclaim together, gasp together, express any other feelings or thoughts, and/or share any personal experiences.

By September 21 you will receive two emails: one, a notification that you were added to the UnderConsideratio LLC (UCllc) community on Circle which will ask you to accept the invitation and complete a profile; and another, confirming you have been given access to the group viewing.

Group viewing will reside on circle.so.

In-person attendees will NOT receive access to the live, hosted, group viewing.

Recorded Presentation Format

Videos, in both viewing options above, will be formatted as the example below from the 2025 event… the slides are nice and big while you also get a good look at the speaker and their respective gestures.

Group Discount

Tiered pricing for larger groups is outlined in the chart on the top of the page. The appropriate cost is applied automatically during checkout based on number of users being registered at the same time.

Nonprofit and Educator Discount

Nonprofits and educators receive a 30% discount. We use the honor system and trust that you do work at a nonprofit or are a teacher.

Enter BNCONF_2026_nonprofit during registration for each ticket.

Substitutions and Cancellations

You may transfer your registration to another person by notifying us by e-mail, no later than Friday, September 4, 2026. Your request must include your name and e-mail address as well as that of the person who will now be attending in your place.

If you need to cancel your reservation, you must notify us by e-mail no later than Friday, September 4, 2026. Once you cancel you will receive a refund of your registration fee minus a $75 cancellation fee. Cancellations made on Saturday, September 5, 2026 or after, as well as attendees who fail to attend, will not be refunded.

If you have an in-person ticket and would like to change to a remote access registration, you must notify us by e-mail no later than Friday, September 4, 2026. We will issue a refund for the difference in cost from the higher in-person ticket to the lower remote access registration. Changes requested on Saturday, September 5, 2026 or after are accepted but will not receive the refund for the difference.

If you were unable to attend or missed part of the conference, you will get remote access to all the presentations afterwards.

If the 2026 Brand New Conference is cancelled, UnderConsideration LLC will fully refund your registration fee with no penalties or other reductions.

Speakers and Schedule

While all speakers have confirmed their participation, we can not guarantee that the speaker list or schedule is fully final. Speakers and schedule is subject to change without notice.

Code of Conduct

All attendees, speakers, and volunteers at our events are required to agree with the full code of conduct.
