Melisa Rivas is Co-founder and Creative Director at Estudio Nuar, a branding studio based in Argentina that has spent the past decade developing brands both locally and internationally. She studied Graphic Design at the University of Buenos Aires, where she also taught Editorial Design for four years. She later pursued further studies at several institutions, including Central Saint Martins (UAL), London. Before founding Estudio Nuar with her partner, Manuela Ventura, she worked at internationally recognized agencies such as Leo Burnett and Interbrand Argentina. Outside the design world, she has spent more than 25 years playing competitive field hockey, an experience that has strongly shaped her collaborative mindset and approach to leadership.
