Augustinas Paukštė is a creative director and entrepreneur based in Vilnius, Lithuania. He is Co-founder and Partner at andstudio, a branding and design studio he helped grow from a two-person practice into a team working with organisations across Europe and beyond. His work focuses on brand strategy, identity systems, and experimentation at the intersection of creativity, data, AI, and emerging technologies.
He is particularly interested in evidence-based creativity — exploring how research, AI, and cultural insight can strengthen bold design decisions. Alongside studio work, he regularly speaks at international conferences, including The Design Conference and ADC Creative Summit, contributing to conversations on the evolving role of branding.
