Carissa Justice is the founder of Nimble Creative, a strategic brand studio that creates the conditions for ambitious companies to become iconic brands. Nimble works across strategy, language, and design to help organizations articulate their value at pivotal moments of change, whether they’re expanding their right to play, navigating complex category shifts, or leading fast-moving industries.
In recent years, Nimble has partnered with X, Google’s Moonshot Factory, and a number of its projects including Taara and Anori, as well as innovative tech companies like Figma, Persona, and Waabi, and consumer brands such as Strava, ThirdLove, and Spoak.
Carissa is also the founder and editor of The Subtext, a publication and creative community dedicated to the craft and culture of brand language. Through articles, interviews, and behind-the-scenes breakdowns of brand projects, The Subtext explores how words and ideas shape brands, build meaning, and influence culture.
