Shakira Twigden is a graphic designer living and working in Auckland, New Zealand. This mailer was sent out to companies that she admires and would love to work for.
BRIEF
The goal at the end was to get a job. So the tone of voice had to be responsive to people who are extremely busy and who already have a great team of people.
APPROACH
The purpose of this piece was to showcase my skills and ability as a designer, with an end result of getting a job opportunity with the businesses that received this mailer. The approach had to be daring, in your face, and very creative. As creative directors receive so many portfolios, it had to stand out with a clear voice about who I am as a designer and as a person.
