APPROACH

“DVice 3 is a joint effort between DCC and OTTO NY cel­e­brat­ing the pow­er of visu­al com­mu­ni­ca­tion. Col­lab­o­rat­ing with a cast of pho­tog­ra­phers and street artists, we doc­u­ment­ed New York City after dark or as we came to call it, “The Oth­er NY.”

Varnish can deaden photos, UV coating can highlight imperfections in the paper, and there can never be enough black.
