I wanted to create a keepsake for our guests coming to our wedding in New York. Most of our guests were from out of town, so we decided to create a mini guide to New York through our eyes. This doubled as the invite which worked out perfectly collaborating with Scout Books and Raaka Chocolates.

Production Lesson(s)

Being a graphic designer and being your own client can be difficult. However, I knew we wanted to create something personal. When we decided to create a custom book and designed chocolates, the production was straight forward as the printers already had templates ready. Custom rubber stamps are always a fun activity to have friends over to help part of the production. The only production challenge is lining up your different vendors to make sure the production times work together in the end. Other than that, it was the smoothest productions I've ever done.
