Joe, yeah, it is. It's kind of a shame, because the baby logos are beautifully and artfully rendered, but then the foundation of at least one is plagiarized? Yikes, not really a good way to showcase an agency's talent.
I would have to wonder, as a client, if I were to hire them, what artwork they would find online to trace for me. The possibilities are endless!

I think it's a perfectly good use of time. Maybe it was done by an intern or junior designer in the firm.
You can't judge by how much time it might have spent YOU to design them.
Also, does EVERYTHING that is ever designed have to have some greater significance? Do you never do anything JUST FOR FUN? 'Felix Sockwell' get over yourself! AHH pretentiousness!!!
